Dry Method

Wet Method

A wet process generally crushed ore, after ramming paste of the sand, cyclone classification, stripping, centrifuges classification, magnetic separation (or bleached), and concentrated, pressure filtration, then dried, thus obtained product can be used in ceramic or paper coatings.If the preparation of filler level or paper coating grade kaolin calcining process needs to be increased, that ore crushing, chopped pulp, cyclone grading, stripping, centrifugal classification, concentration, pressure filtration, and steam drying, calcination, depolymerization.

Calcination Method

Calcination of the particular method for the production of calcined kaolin products widely used method.It has four calcination temperature range: 500~700℃, 925℃, 1000℃, 1400℃.Calcined at different temperatures, the application range of the resulting product are different, only the removal of hydroxyl plastic cable calcined kaolin as a filler and rubber seals; kaolin calcined at 1000 ℃ on behalf Tio2, as a paper filler; through 1300~1525℃ calcined kaolin refractory products used as fillers, optical glass crucible liners and so on.

Stripping Method

Method for preparing stripping paint grade kaolin products, we must make a thicker peel into thin slices stacked like kaolin, stripping methods are wet grinding, extrusion and chemical immersion method.
